Platie (the “Company”) treats your personal information as important and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Camera, location, and notification permissions are used only with your consent on the device when the relevant feature is used, and you may decline (some features will be limited).
As a rule, personal information is destroyed without delay when you close your account. Where applicable law requires retention, we keep the information for the period prescribed. Some data is deleted automatically under our service policy (for example, share links after 30 days).
We do not sell your personal information. We use the external services below to operate the Service, and only the minimum necessary information is processed.

You may view or correct your personal information, or delete your logs, at any time, and you may request deletion of your personal information by closing your account. Potentially sensitive information such as your saved diet survey is visible only to you and is never shown to others.
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted by means that make recovery impossible.
We transmit personal information over encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep access rights to a minimum, and manage credentials securely, for example by using verification codes.

You may contact us about privacy matters by the email above or through the in-app support centre. Email remains available after you uninstall the app, and you can delete your account yourself on the account deletion page.
If anything is added to, removed from, or changed in this policy, we will announce it within the Service at least 7 days before it takes effect.
This policy is issued in Korean, which is the official text. The English and Japanese versions are reference translations provided for your convenience; if a translation conflicts with the Korean original, the Korean original prevails.
