This deletes your account and data for Platie (com.platie), a food journal app. You can do it here even if you have already uninstalled the app.
Deletion cannot be undone. The moment you enter the confirmation code, your account and every record and photo are erased.
1. Enter the email you signed up with
If you signed up with Google, use the email address from that account.
Did you sign up with Apple?
Apple accounts cannot be deleted on this page, because the confirmation email does not arrive if you signed up with Apple’s Hide My Email. Please delete your account in the app instead: MY tab → Account → Delete account. If you have uninstalled the app, reinstall it and sign in with Apple, or contact us at the address below and we will take care of it.
2. Enter the 6-digit code from the email
No email arrived?
If nothing arrives within 5 minutes, the address is not registered or contains a typo. Check your spam folder, then correct the address and try again.
(For security, we do not reveal on this page whether an account exists.)
Records — meal entries, photos, notes, ratings, visited places
Activity — likes and reactions, bookmarks, follows, shared maps, support enquiries
Diet — profile (sex, birth year, height, weight, activity level) and calorie/nutrition records

What remains
A one-way hash plus the deletion time and reason, kept to prevent sign-up abuse. The email itself is not stored, so your identity cannot be recovered from this record alone. It is retained indefinitely for abuse prevention and service statistics.
Re-registration with the same account is blocked for 10 days after deletion.
If you had a subscription, billing is handled by Apple or Google. Cancel auto-renewal separately in the App Store or Google Play.
Deleting from the app
If the app is installed, you can do the same from MY tab → Account → Delete account.
